How It Works
Different Flows For Different Roles
HoopOS serves four distinct roles. Select yours below to see exactly how the platform works, step by step, using real modules and real terminology from the app.
Events Plan
The Event Operator Flow
You run tournaments, showcases, leagues, or circuits. HoopOS handles the full lifecycle: build your event, take registrations, run check-in, score games, and report on everything after. No separate tools stitched together. One data set the whole way through.
Build Your Event In 11 Steps. Auto-Saves At Every One.
The Event Builder is a structured 11-step wizard. Set your format first: Tournament, Showcase, League, Circuit, or custom. From there you configure the event name and tagline, dates and venue, divisions with per-division capacity limits and fees, registration rules, governing body compliance mode, payment method, competition format and game rules, logistics, and staff assignments. Every step saves automatically. Leave mid-setup and come back without losing anything.
- 11 Steps With Auto-Save, Never Lose Your Progress
- Format Options: Tournament, Showcase, League, Circuit, Custom
- Per-Division Capacity Limits And Fees
- Governing Body Mode: AAU, NCAA BBCS, USAB, NFHS, YBOA, USSSA, Or Independent
- Payment: HoopOS Stripe, External Instructions, Or Free
