How Profiles Work
Play. Claim. Get Seen.
A HoopOS profile is your home base for recruiting. Claim it, make it yours, and control what coaches and fans see.
01
Play
Compete at a HoopOS event and a profile is created from your verified roster information. You can also start one yourself.
02
Claim
Find your profile, verify by email, and own it. Players 13 and older can claim their own. A parent or guardian claims for younger players.
03
Get Seen
Add highlight film, measurables, and recruiting details. College coaches search the directory and reach out through the contact info you choose to share.
What Makes It Different
Built On Proof, Not Hype.
Built From Real Competition
Profiles come from actual play, not scraped from third-party sites. Players at HoopOS events get a profile from verified roster data, and anyone can create one from scratch.
Operator-Verified History
Event appearances come straight from the events we run, verified by the staff who were there. No secondhand stats, no guesswork.
Player-Owned Control
You own your bio, film, measurables, academics, and visibility settings. Nobody edits your profile but you.
Free To Claim
Claiming and owning your profile costs nothing. No paywalls, no gated access to your own information.
Community, Part of the Network
Where The Game Talks.
Community is the discussion side of HoopOS Network. National and state message boards, member communities, articles, and player talk, all in one place. Debate the rankings, follow commitments, build your own Top 25, fill out a bracket, and argue it out with the people who actually follow grassroots basketball.
Boards
National and state discussion boards for the players, teams, and storylines that matter.
Communities
Member-created communities built around a program, a region, or a topic.
Media and Articles
Features, previews, and coverage from the HoopOS desk and approved contributors.
Predictions
Build your bracket and cast your Top 25, then see how it stacks up against everyone else.
